Supporting health,
care teams and professionals

to grow, lead, and thrive

I’m Dr Natalie Jones, a clinical academic, researcher, and health and care consultant with more than 30 years of experience in the NHS. I help health and care organisations, charities, and professionals strengthen leadership, collaboration, and service quality through reflective supervision, practical improvement work, evaluation and inclusive co-design.
